Organisation is Key

Having spent the last two days being ill, Waking up today i felt a stressed that i have not been able to do much the past couple of days this was followed by models and photographers not being able to do dates set on call sheets sent out this morning I feel overwhelmed and drowned by the organisational element! having so many models on more than one day and keeping the models consistant for the purpose of the production shots is exhausting, they are all free at different times and differnt dates its becoming unclear how i will resolve this.

I am trying to sit down and re evaluate how i will be able to achieve this by the end of the month ready for the creation of the book and i am struggling easter is a big wrecking ball in this all as although i am free models and photographers are going home this is requiring a new production plan and re scheduling of final shoot dates!
I was very please with the performance and outcome of Lizzie playing Sara in my test shoot so trying to work around her i have been able to get 3 dates 14,16,20th March although as there next week i am panicking how i will achieve to complete everything in time and to the full potential of my proposed and imagined outcome.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Post Meltdown.

I have spent the day organising, amending and re adjusting with all my models, having to cut some and re find others also scheduling with my photographer in addition to the dates received by models. I posted on the Solent Performance & drama page and got a good few responses for the dates proposed with Lizzie finally things are looking up and becoming a little clearer.

After a doodled mess on my note pad i scheduled in all models assigning them to there scenes on the set days requested! to confirm this with the team i have at this point in time i create a Facebook group (as this is the most used form of communication in 2016) this is a place i will be posting information about shoot dates, times and inspiration for the upcoming shoot also any other last minute information i need the whole team to see in addition call sheets will be posted on here previous to shoot day.

This has had a great response and i have found that having the whole team in one place has settled my busy mind also! This can further be amended by me if any times, locations and models change i have also added my plan B photographer and some models to this page so they are aware of what is going on just incase.

Photographers:
Dionne Lockyear (main photographer)
I have done all test shoots with Dionne, she is easy to work with and takes direction well, she is also experimentative with the lighting during testing so knows exactly what is requested for each scene on the day of shooting.
Angelica Castor (plan B photographer)
Having worked with Angelica on another shoot she is a second year although very experienced is keen to learn and get involved with anything hence why she has been asked to be my reserve photographer.
