For the chapter three i wanted to include some location photography to add a layered construction of the scene setting adding depth I feel pushes the chapter into something more real building a bridge between production photography and location editorial photography in a way. As I could have sourced the images from the internet I stayed away from this wanting to actively produce the images myself knowing the clear visual aesthetic I wanted. I went out with a set idea and took photographs based around the similar emotive value of the play such as the dark bark moss photograph | wanted to take images that were not always defined as objects more just natural textures and interesting light placements. I really enjoyed shooting these images as I really became invested in them and matching them with the emotive feeling in chapter 3's imagery I feel they mirror one another perfectly.
